Daigger DTT (Cleland's Reagent)
Daigger Scientific DTT (Cleland’s Reagent) is a protective reagent for maintaining –SH groups in reductive state. DTT permeates the cell membrane protecting protein sulfhydryls thereby restoring enzyme activity lost by oxidation of the groups.
Soluble in water. Store at 2-8°C.
