Rotina 380/380R Benchtop Centrifuges

The Hettich Rotina 380/380R Benchtop Centrifuges  offer both a relatively small footprint and a high throughput of larger-size samples. Select speed, RCF, rotor radius, running time, acceleration, braking ramp and temperature, all through a quick-entry foil keypad. Units include storage space for up to 98 programs. Nine acceleration and braking ramps, cut-off speed or unbraked run-down can also be preselected.

Units feature a sturdy metal housing and stainless steel centrifuging chamber with viewing port in the lid. Power lid lock and emergency lid-lock release ensure safe operation. Both models include automatic rotor recognition, imbalance switch-off and motor/chamber overheating protection.

The Model 380R Refrigerated Centrifuge provides infinitely-variable adjustment from - 20 °C to + 40 °C (or - 4 °F to + 104 °F) as well as stand-by cooling.

Packages are available in addition to purchasing individual components – simplifying your ordering and typically saving you around 3%.  Cell Culture packages include the centrifuge and swing-out rotor, buckets, adapters and, with some, bio-containment lids.  See specifications table for details.
